About the role:

Financial service (FS) institutions are being fundamentally changed by a rapid absorption of digital and disruptive technology. Our Enterprise Transformation team integrate strategy, process, people, technology, and data into a comprehensive transformation journey for our clients, spanning from vision to digital core, and from transformation to asset-driven consulting.

As Capgemini Invent is growing in the region, we are seeking to hire a Senior Manager to accelerate the development of our end-to-end transformation portfolio for FS clients.

• Sales acceleration – using a combination of the organization’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network to generate revenue, primarily for Financial Services industry and broadly for Hong Kong and Singapore
• Engaging with clients – build strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels. As well as pro-actively open new connections and bring the team with you to maximize impact on client
• Project delivery - Lead the delivery of large and complex end-to-end projects with impacts spanning from business to technology working collaboratively with team members and clients to rapidly understand and define business challenges and potential solutions
• Balance optimally sales and delivery – be hands-on as needed in support of the teams
• Practice development - Help to hire, integrate, coach, support and grow new team members. Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching for the team. Build and manage a strong community.

What you´ll bring:

• Excellent academic background: MS or MBA with top international university / business school or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in consulting with specialization in Business Advisory, technology transformation and/or in-house transformation roles in the Financial Services Industry
• Good knowledge/ appetite for some of the following themes:

1. Business strategy & organization: Transformation Program and Change Management, Operating Model improvement, Post Merger Integration / Sourcing, Shared Service Center and Cost Reduction Programs
2. Tech & Digital Transformation: develop Digital strategies and implement identified Digital initiatives, expand automation & GenAI capabilities, execute a portfolio of transformative technology initiatives enabling sustainable business impacts and better ways of working
3. Up to date knowledge of market and industry trends within Asia

Job Overview In the technical account manager role, you will play a major part in the pre-sales and post-sales process. Expertise in the technical elements of the product and clarity of instruction are important competencies in this position. Success in this role will be demonstrated through improvements in the generation of sales leads and retention of clients. Key Responsibilities*: • Manage programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes • Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination • Ensure Technology programmes align to account strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aims • Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme • Manage current accounts to assure sales volume grows year after year or is at least consistent. • Identify, engage, plan and develop new regional accounts. • Coordinate client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contracts and work orders. • Enhance current account and business opportunities by working with regional resources. • Inform work status and progress to Regional Sales Director and meet deadlines. • Represent and foster company at conferences and trade associations. • Oversee opportunities progression and lead through opportunity pipeline reports. • Offer monthly forecast reports determining revenue vs. goal forecasts and inform management on new regional new developments. • Oversee account compliance to ensure company contracts are maximized to full potential. • Handle industry partner programs relationships to summon and discuss market and customers. • Supervise marketing materials inventory and re-order. • Sell target accounts, identify prospects and create new ideas to generate revenue and new opportunities. • Inform client issues to Center Manager for suitable action. • Resolve issues and ensure highest level of quality service by coordinating with center staff and management. • Resolve client issues with help from center, regional and corporate staff.
