• Design and Develop strategies to allow client to automate the testing process.
• Work with client to understand on field requirements (Test Automation requirements) and engage with multiple stakeholders to create a solution.
• Development of test automation framework, testing processes and procedures using TOSCA Tool.

• Certified with Tricentis Tosca Test Architect Level 1certification and have been working on Tosca Automation on APIs, Web Applications, Mobile and Mainframe/ HUB.
• Involved in Module Capture, test case designing, Mapping data in Test Case Design sheet, and executing the Test cases in test execution list.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Automation Testing Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and robust automation testing solutions across our banking systems. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of automation testing best practices and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks and strategies across various testing phases (unit, integration, system, regression, performance, etc.).
• Define and implement automation testing standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a robust test automation infrastructure, including tools, environments, and reporting mechanisms.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies based on project requirements and organizational needs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on automation testing methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test automation solutions.
• Analyze test results, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely feedback to development teams.
• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of automation testing processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the organization's overall software quality assurance strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation testing frameworks and strategies for complex banking systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in various testing types, including functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of automation testing tools and technologies, including Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, Rest Assured, Tosca, etc.**
• Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., banking, finance) is highly preferred.
