Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and
- financing transactions.
- Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions.
- Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties.
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 year experience in relevant fields.
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.
Other Requirements:
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with positive work attitude.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Prior experience in automotive industry is highly advantageous.
