Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Administrative Assistant to support our team in delivering excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and helping out with our day-to-day operations within our automotive dealership.
This role requires strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of the automotive industry, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic showroom duty.
- Manage loan applications and process vehicle sales agreements, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Regularly update and manage the vehicle inventory, ensuring that all advertisement listings details are accurate.
- Provide administrative support to sales staff by preparing and organizing necessary documents, and customer information when needed.
- Handle general office duties such as filing and data entry, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date, ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership's administrative processes.
- Assist in creating simple marketing materials and promotional campaigns targeted at the automotive market, contributing to the dealership’s growth and visibility.
- Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms, including posting of new vehicle listings, promotional content, responding to inquiries, and enhancing online presence to attract potential customers.
- Handle office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring items are stocked and functional.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in the automotive industry, is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Adobe PDF.) and social media platforms.
- Basic design skills for creating marketing materials (e.g., using Canva or similar tools) with a creative approach to content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus point.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive sales, marketing, or administration are a plus.

- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
