Jewellery Sales Executive [Retail | Luxury Jewellery]
Position Title: Jewellery Sales Executive
Working Location: Orchard Road
Working Days: 5 day work week, must be able to work retail hours (includes PH, weekends)
Working Timing: 10.30am - 9pm
You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers.
Job Scope
• Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewellery the company has to offer
• Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed
• Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom
Requirement
• Candidate with retail or Jewellery experience is an added advantage
• Minimum GCE “N” level
• Basic I.T. skills are necessary, knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays
