The role as IT Support Service is a 6-month project to handle software installation, updating, commissioning and de-commissioning PC equipment - may be assigned in various locations Islandwide.
Position Responsibilities:
- Handle software installation, updating, upgrading and inspecting Desktops and Laptops for the usability and lifespan extension.
- Monitor arising faults or issues after installation and perform testing whether equipment is compatible to upgraded / update software.
Position Requirements:
- Technical Course or Diploma in Computer or any IT related field. Non-IT related graduates may be considered provided with sufficient knowledge.
- Base knowledge in various IT related products such as Cyber security, Network Security, Infrastructure and Systems.
- Work schedule is strictly 12 midnight to 4am with 3 to 4 days a week (mostly on weekend to avoid high volume production of the business).
We will consider all candidates but will prioritize those who have closer requirements to client needs.
