Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification in the Public/ Government Service business sector
- Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning
- Identify and evaluate products, services, or companies for potential distribution, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures in the local market
- Communicate and interact with government regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests
- Explore licensing of products and acquisition of suitable companies through alliances, joint ventures, mergers, etc
Requirements
- Knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experienced in financial reporting, systems, and analysis
- Proficient in software tools and financial modeling; experience is an advantage
- Strong people skill, positive and independent. Excellent presentation and writing skills
- More than 10 years of experience in management reporting, accounting, or financial analysis
