Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Oversee full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Act as a key advisor on employee matters, fostering a culture of transparency, respect, and inclusion.
- Manage payroll processing, leave administration, and employee benefits in compliance with Singapore’s employment laws.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the financial security industry.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to senior leadership and manage the day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and company events, ensuring smooth operations.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure all HR policies are in line with local regulatory standards.
- Assist in the implementation of policies that support the firm's commitment to cybersecurity and data privacy.
Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee well-being, mental health, and engagement.
- Organize team-building activities to promote a positive work culture and employee collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant HR and administrative experience, ideally within financial services or security sectors.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and relevant HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and experience with recruitment tools.
