Responsible for the analysis and preparation of specifications and construction drawings, design documents for process and industrial plants in accordance with project specification schedule and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for field instrument and control system design work.
• Able to lead small/medium size projects within budgeted MH, cost and project schedule.
• Prepare and review field instruments, Analyzer, Control Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G etc) specification, requisition, TBE, vendor document review.
• Prepare and review construction drawings such as Index, IO List, Location layout, hook-up, cable routing, loop diagram etc. based on project specifications.
• Evaluate and select suitable instruments for required process control/monitoring application.
• Lead the estimation work of BMBQ, Man-hour, technical proposal writeup, for new tender project.
• Preparation of project monthly report and attending project & client meeting as required.
• Work collaboration with other GEC and monitor daily job task assignment.
• Perform FAT/inspection for control system and field instruments as required.
• Perform SAT, Loop check, site construction and commissioning support as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Instrument and Control Engineering.
• 15 years’ experience in instrument and control system design work.
• Knowledge and experience in Field Instrument Engineering as well as Control System, e.g. DCS, ESD, F&G.
• Able to work at construction sites to support construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Good interpersonal and communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead EHS department
• Develop, review, revise, maintain and implement EHS Management System
• Ensure legal compliance as per statutory requirements
• Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits
• Manage contractor from the EHS perspective
• To investigate all incidents on the work site and implement correction actions
• Review and revise all risk assessments to ensure compliance

• Ensure inspection and review of all project sites activities and operation (includes Main office and 15 Changi Factory) and alert relevant Section Head of any machinery, equipment, appliance, activity or process used in each department that exposes any person to the risk of bodily injury, and to recommend appropriate corrective measures
• Promote safe and healthy working conditions through education, awareness campaigns, training courses, drills, competitions, contests and other activities
• Liaise with statutory bodies on EHSS-related licenses and permits and keep updated on the latest change in regulations and Acts and be conversant with all waste management regulations, procedures and licensing requirements
• Conduct fire and safety training to employees
• Constant update to management of EHSS performance and the continual improvement plan
• Liaise with 3rd party security service provider and ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of services rendered to organisation
• Constant plan-do-check-act on the related EHSS matter of plant's Environmental, Health and Safety Management System and ensure continual improvement/upgrading of the system

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Workplace, Safety and Health with 8 years relevant working experience in Construction Engineering Industry
• Degree in Workplace, Safety and Health with 5 years relevant working experience in Construction Engineering Industry
• Strong technical competency, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues in other business units
