The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Order Processing function:
- To process clients' orders.
- To liaise between internal sales/project and clients.
Purchasing function:
- To make local and overseas purchases.
- To source locally and overseas.
- To negotiate with suppliers.
Logistics function (only 5% of work):
- To coordinate local deliveries.
- To coordinate international shipping.
- To liaise with store on incoming goods.
Any other ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree
- At least 7 years’ experience in a senior purchasing position.
- Good organisation & communication skills.
- Ability to work in challenging, fast paced, and result-driven environment.
