About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive/Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle company full set account for not less than 3 years
- Experience in import and export, be able to handle trade facilities, trade finance and L/C related matters
- Prepare monthly audit schedules, financial reports.
- Submission of GST.
- Prepare payment for expenses and petty cash.
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- Liaise with auditor, bankers & tax agent.
- Assist in recruitment process.
- A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications with 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in MYOB is added advantage.
- Bilingual is required, to liaise with Chinese associates.
- Experience in steel, mining industry is preferred.
