As one of the largest offshore law firms in Singapore, our office provides clients in Asia with access to specialist offshore lawyers who practise the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Jersey.
We are seeking a Barrister, Attorney or Solicitor with excellent academic qualifications, who is admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction and has a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience in a diverse range of corporate and finance matters including acquisition finance, fund finance and restructuring. A UK qualification would be highly advantageous and experience in an offshore law firm is essential.
