Job Description
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements
Assist with bank reconciliation
Monthly closing of AP accounts and reconciliation with vendors’ statements
Manage vendor/customer master data
Preparation and posting of monthly provision for closing
Ensure proper and systematic filing arrangement is done in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in other accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
Good knowledge of SFRS
Good knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
Meticulous with strong attention to details
Strong team player, can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
Strong verbal and written communication skills
