We are looking for a dynamic, reliable and presentable retail sales staff (service crew) to join our team for our retail shop in 78 Yio Chu Kang Road (Serangoon). If you have an interest in French pastries and enjoy being customer-facing, then this is the right opportunity for you.
Caro Patisserie is a French bakery specializing in making and selling French tarts via two retail shops and online on its website (caro-patisserie.com).
Salary & Benefits:
12$ per hour

Working Hours:
Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm - 6pm
Approximately 12 hours per week
Start Date: Immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers at all times
- Serve customers by packing their tarts for take-away and serving on plate for dine-in
- Prepare simple coffee and tea beverages using the shops espresso machine
- Handle cashier
- Always replenish display fridge with tarts accordingly and ensuring items are well displayed and display is attractive
- Monitor and reply to customer calls and whatsapp messages
- Folding of cake boxes
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, and maintain cleanliness of the store, fridge and tables
- Any ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Passionate about service and people
- Preferably minimum 1-year working experience in F&B – cafes/ restaurants
- Those with no experience are welcome to apply if enjoy customer facing as training will be provided
- Independent and self-motivated
