Job Description:

• Data entry, invoicing and filings
• Handle partial set of account (AP,AR, GL, Accts Reconciliation)
• Key in all accounting transactions into accounting system
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Assist in monthly payroll and manage timesheet & leave records
• Assist in managing road tax and insurance renewals
• Perform any other related duties as assigned
• Handle general administrative work and ad hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance. Otherwise, 2-3 years of relevant working experience is accepted
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
• Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
• Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Knowledge of XERO Accounting will be an advantage
• Preferable for candidate to start work immediately

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (Including of 1 hour of lunch break)
• Saturday (Alternate) 8.30am to 1pm

Work Location: Tuas South

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Updating worksheet
• Accounting software data entry
• Sundry duties

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Levels or Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel is an added advantage
• Only Singaporeans / SPR may apply

Others:

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Driving a hook lift truck to perform bin deliveries and pick-ups in accordance with the schedule and in a safe, professional and timely manner.

• Filling in service/ delivery order forms.

• Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks such as greasing, fluid top-ups, etc.

• Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.

• Labouring work as required to complete jobs.

Requirements:

- No formal education required.

- Posses Class 4 or 5 driving licence is a must.

- Physically and mentally fit.

- With hook-lift truck experience is a plus.

- Able to understand, speak and write basic English.

- Able to work in dusty environment.

• Ensure safe operations and handling of forklift in scrap metal yard environment
• Perform routine cleaning, safety checks and ensure maintenance of the machine
• Comply with workplace safety and health
• Work closely with team members on yard site to perform tasks as assigned
• Perform ad-hoc duties such as general work

Requirements:

• A valid SG Forklift Licence / forklift refresher certificate within the past 3 years
• Relevant working experience in warehousing/ logistics environment / scrap yard
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced non-air-conditioned working environment
• Possess certificate in Rigger & Signalman will be an advantage

• Minimum 3 years of similar experience
• Experienced in operating excavator with magnet will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
