Manage CRM programs, campaigns and the budget of CRM and loyalty activities.
Plan customer journey map to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and retention
Optimize CRM assets and relational contents to drive customer engagement and loyalty across key touchpoints
Effective segmentation across multiple communication channels (EDM, SMS and Mobile Application)
Lead CRM initiatives and working closely with regional marketing team to formulate marketing campaign plans
Work closely with related members to plan and execute holistic marketing initiatives/marketing communications for G-SHOCK store/strategic retailers/online in Singapore but not limited to the channel
Work closely with all parties to enhance the functionality, design and user experience on the CRM and EC platforms.
Work closely with marketing members to drive database traffic to relevant proprietary platforms and to ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Lead the current CRM initiatives in Singapore including conceptualize CRM strategies and manage Casio ID program to acquire, engage and retain customers.
Overall in charge of CASIO ID CRM to acquire new users and drive repeated purchases
Research and analyze CRM data, campaigns effectiveness, market trends and recommend best practices for future campaigns
Propose effective CRM strategies to maintain strong brand presence and achieve EC KPIs
Work closely with the marketing, planning, and sales members for PR activities for Singapore
Overall in charge of local KOL marketing to drive brand awareness
Job Requirment
Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing or other relevant disciplines
2-5 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in CRM
Digitally savvy and familiar with CRM applications, data analytics and graphics design
Proficiency in MS Office Skills especially PPT and Excel
