As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Global Campaigns Lead Specialist to join us. Based at our HQ office in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager (Global), this role entails strategy planning, implementation, coordination and performance monitoring of Global campaigns across Castlery markets. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Castlery’s marketing campaigns effectiveness, that ultimately drives improved customer shopping experience and incremental sales.

As the Onsite & CRM Specialist, you will be entrusted to:

• Onsite Merchandising
• Enhance customers’ shopping experience through the following:
• Support onsite marketing calendar planning and content strategy
• Manage, optimise and set-up all onsite marketing touch-points e.g. banner, landing pages, product ranking, product recommendations
• Ensure website content is accurate and error-free, aligning with the onsite merchandising guidelines
• Perform competitors research to identify opportunities & best practices to adopt.
• Build customers’ confidence in our brand and products through reviews and customers user-generate content
• Email Marketing
• Lead and own email marketing calendar planning and content strategy.
• Manage, set-up and optimise weekly newsletters/campaigns.
• Perform competitors research to identify opportunities & best practices to adopt.
• Lead/support Australia Market projects/initiatives related to CRM and/or Onsite

Requirements

Must Have

• Up to 4 years in eCommerce or online services
• Experience working with/in a product management team, CRO team or a role that oversees/impact website core vitals
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Castlery is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join team!

As the Senior Data Scientist, you will be part of our Data Science team, working alongside Data Analysts to provide impact to the organization through several key projects that will directly improve ROI efficiency, productivity and customer experience, which impacts conversions and revenue.

What you'll be doing:

• Build end-to-end data science products for all departments, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Category Management.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to answer key business questions and enhance day-to-day business decision-making by leveraging the most suitable models and data technologies.
• Design rigorous experiments, conduct in-depth data analyses, and validate models to ensure the accuracy and reliability of predictions and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, deep learning, optimization, and large language models, and apply learnings incrementally to drive innovation within the company.
• Communicate complex data science concepts and analytical results clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels and provide mentorship to data practitioners across the organization.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/ Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong record of academic achievement.
• Proficiency in programming with Python or R, with practical experience in statistical analysis, machine and deep learning modeling, and model deployment.
• Deep understanding of various machine learning and deep learning techniques, including classification, regression, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning, and their appropriate applications.
• Hands-on experience with large language models, optimization methods, and their applications is a strong plus.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: recommendation systems, advertising and marketing technologies (data management platforms and demand-side platforms), promotion optimization, demand and inventory forecasting, supply chain optimization, and generative AI.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to develop innovative solutions from scratch.
• Ability to deliver complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
