As the Senior Manager, US Country Growth Manager, you will:
- Own US Sales and Marketing Budget: Lead US sales performance and manage a multimillion-dollar marketing budget.
- Develop the US Growth Strategy: Design a one-year growth plan aligned with Castlery’s 3–5-year objectives, focusing on localized strategies, key categories, channels, and UVPs with measurable outcomes.
- Understand Market and Competitor Dynamics: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and retail dynamics to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Drive Business Planning and Commercial Calendar: Lead planning for initiatives and levers to achieve sales goals, influencing commercial decisions across stakeholders.
- Manage Performance Channels: Set and achieve sales and ROI targets, ensuring channels are optimized and aligned with the growth strategy.
To be successful, you will come with:
