Accounting responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including preparation of journal entries.
- Prepare/check month-end financial and management reports
- Prepare quarterly GST submission reports
- Liaise with HQ (Taiwan) and our subsidiary (Philippines) on accounts and financial reporting
Administrative responsibilities
- Check and arrange payment for reimbursement claims and suppliers’ invoices
- Assist in HR matters
- General day-to-day administrative duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with MYOB &/or XERO accounting system
- Bilingual in English & Chinese
- Meticulous & organized
- Positive working attitude, with an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
