Scheduling & Coordination: Organise meetings, appointments, and safety training sessions for consultants and clients. Update company calendar for the above mentioned as well as client audit dates.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input and maintain records of safety audits, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Correspondence: Handle both internal and external communications, responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and vendors.
Consultant Assistance: Provide support to consultants by preparing materials, reports, or presentations for client meetings or safety audits.
Timesheet Management: Collect and manage timesheets, particularly for consultants working on client projects.
Attendance Records: Maintain attendance and leave records for all staff members.
Client Interaction
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with relevant updates, and ensuring their queries are addressed in a timely manner.
Appointment Management: Schedule safety consultancy meetings, site visits, and training sessions with clients.
Office Management
Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, safety equipment, and training materials as required.
