UBX Boxing + Strength is an industry revolution. Training sessions are modeled around a 12 round boxing contest and are professionally designed to combine functional strength and cardio exercises for all fitness levels.

You will be required to:

• Run daily workouts of Boxing & Functional Strength
• Provide professional advice and consultation to members in both group and PT sessions
• Execute new member onboarding and existing member retention programs
• Carry sales campaigns to increase membership via lead cold calling, social media posts and out-reach activities
• Participate in technical and personal development activities
• Maintain gym facilities and perform light cleaning

Requirement

• Have solid boxing and functional strength training knowledge and skills and be able to coach others effectively
• Experience in instructing group fitness classes
• Enjoy interacting with people and building meaningful relationships
• Have an energetic, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• Posession of fitness certifications or competiiton experience is an added advantage
