Responsibilities:

• Be a technical specialist in developing EMS manufacturing solution of Box Build and System Level Assembly capability and capacity to meet customer deliverables.
• Participate in RFQ phase to provide manufacturing quote, to meet customer product specifications and cost expectation.
• Understand customer requirement and develop manufacturing plan of NPI project to meet customer deliverables.
• Execute NPI activities includes project plan (Gantt Chart), process setup, layout & validation and develop the documentation (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, WI).
• Coordinate and work with Manufacturing Technical Staffs for the First Article run & qualification.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  Preferably 3-5 years in Cable Hardness & System Level Assembly and Testing EMS working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient in BOM, 3D CAD and Schematic diagram.
• Experience in FMEA, SPC, DOE and 8D reports.
• Good analytical skill and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Able to travel occasionally for site support

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customers and develop new potential opportunities
• Responsible to review customer technical quotation packages, work with relevant department to complete the sales proposals/ quotations for management review and present to customer
• Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
• Responsible to perform Sale Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and present to management and customer

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Service and in Business Development/ Program Managerial capacity
• Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Technical competency to engage customers for specifications and process reviews
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written, mature and strong analytical skill.
• Good knowledge of software office tools especially Microsoft excel and Powerpoint application and ERP software

• RFQ for mechanical, electro-mech commodity; per customer specification or propose alternatives
• Quote Leader for assigned customers, responsible for cBOM submission
• Cost reduction and alternate sourcing program for new and existing projects
• Supplier base management covering Quality, Delivery, Cost and Contract finalization

• System set up for approved parts and suppliers

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point,
• Preferably with Oracle and/or SAP module knowledge
• Basic electrical / electronic components knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare test strategy, NRE cost and Production cost during quotation activities
• Coordinate on development and fabricate ICT / FCT tester for new projects
• Liase with customers to support various test issues / coverage / upgrade.
• Support FA build testing & training before hand over to mass production
• Liase with production to support NPI / test issues / hardcore troubleshooting with production team
• Interface to customer SQE / R&D on all RMA / Technical matter

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 5 years of relevant product testing experience in Contract Manufacturing (PCBA / Box Build)
• Able to plan / derive test steps, setup hardware, and software from customer test plan. 
• Hands-on experience in problem solving / defects yield improvment
• Process good communication and interaction with customer and manufacturing team
• Candidate must be willing to travel occasionally.
