Responsibilities:

• RFQ for mechanical, electro-mech commodity; per customer specification or propose alternatives
• Quote Leader for assigned customers, responsible for cBOM submission
• Cost reduction and alternate sourcing program for new and existing projects
• Supplier base management covering Quality, Delivery, Cost and Contract finalization
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for First Article Approval
• System set up for approved parts and suppliers
• Project management
• Able to read technical drawing / specifications
• Contribute to the company risk management process in accordance with your position and duties / responsibilities
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point,
• Preferably with Oracle and/or SAP module knowledge
• Basic electrical / electronic components knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare test strategy, NRE cost and Production cost during quotation activities
• Coordinate on development and fabricate ICT / FCT tester for new projects
• Liase with customers to support various test issues / coverage / upgrade.
• Support FA build testing & training before hand over to mass production
• Liase with production to support NPI / test issues / hardcore troubleshooting with production team
• Interface to customer SQE / R&D on all RMA / Technical matter

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 5 years of relevant product testing experience in Contract Manufacturing (PCBA / Box Build)
• Able to plan / derive test steps, setup hardware, and software from customer test plan. 
• Hands-on experience in problem solving / defects yield improvment
• Process good communication and interaction with customer and manufacturing team
• Candidate must be willing to travel occasionally.
