Responsibilities
· Handle daily operational tasks and participate in plant troubleshooting
· Perform field logging, routine sampling and plant testing work
· Collect in-process sampling at tank farm
· Prepare process equipment for mechanical work according to SOP procedures
· Carry out loading/unloading and raw material charging activities if necessary
· Operates utility and process plant as per SOP
· Prepare, revise, and update Operation Procedures
· High awareness of job safety and housekeeping
· Adherence to the established Company Core Values, operations and safety policies and procedures
· Able to perform simple routine troubleshoot independently (after training)
· Routine patrol check and data collection on manufacturing process
· Actively participate in safety, cost and quality improvement activities
· Part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)
· Perform 12 hours rotating shift work
Requirements:
· Fresh NTC 2/Diploma graduates, preferably in Chemical Process Technology
· Minimum one year working experience required as training will be provided, though those with at least 2 years’ working experience in an oil/gas/petrochemical industry will have an advantage
· Able to read PIDs, and Safe Work Procedures
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral
· Strong team player
