Our client, is a care institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Temporary Admin Assistant (6 months contract).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Arts and Wellness program
- Usage of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Index Search)
- Coordinate between department and various related parties
- Assist in simple logistics duties (e.g. packing of relevant materials for events)
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
