Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential markets, clients, and strategic business opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive new business initiatives.
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align business strategies with company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage client expectations.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful project implementation. Provide feedback and insights from the market to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Multilingual - Must be able to speak fluently in English, Mandarin and Italian.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to drive business success.
