We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations in Singapore. We are open to senior role, Head of Supply Chain and compensation commensurate upon experience and compatibility with our business goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a key driver in the organization, you will oversee and optimize end-to-end demand and supply planning processes, ensuring precise forecasting, inventory optimization, and efficient execution of sales and operations strategies. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing demand forecasting models and tools to improve forecast accuracy and responsiveness to market trends.
- Leading supply planning to balance inventory levels with service level targets, reducing excess stock while avoiding shortages.
- Managing logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and warehouse management, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with global import/export regulations, mitigating risks, and resolving operational challenges related to cross-border trade.
- Driving cost-saving initiatives through process improvements, vendor negotiations, and leveraging advanced supply chain technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations—as well as regional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing supply chain and logistics team through coaching, skill development, and performance management, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring key supply chain metrics and presenting actionable insights and reports to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Scrum, EOX, waterfall, Agile or Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
- OR five plus years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in demand planning, supply chain optimization, logistics operations, and driving cost reduction initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in supply chain management software; software in general (e.g., ERP, OMS, WMS, Vendor Central, FTP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using and optimizing key business software and systems, including:
- NetSuite: Experience in leveraging ERP systems for supply chain and inventory management.
- Shopify: Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.
- MS365 Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for reporting, and Teams for collaboration.
- Slack: Effective communication and team coordination via Slack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in a second language (especially in key regional markets) is highly desirable.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment and prioritize competing demands effectively.
