Prepare and submit petty cash claims related to kitchen and production expenses.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks necessary for business operations.
Logistics-related Matters
Ensure all bakery products and restock items are prepared and ready before scheduled deliveries.
Conduct regular stock checks for key ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies; place orders for items that are below par.
Review and distribute production orders for the kitchen team and delivery schedules for the drivers.
Coordinate ad-hoc delivery bookings with third-party drivers or logistics partners as required.
Maintain the Food Hygiene Certification File and verify that all food handlers have valid and up-to-date certifications.
