Job Description

• Responsible for maintenance and repairs for all properties in the group (residential and commercial).
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and making corrective actions to solve issues.
• Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out maintenance/repair work.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure contractors/vendors and technicians complete all repair and maintenance work within the required timelines and standards.
• Hands-on repair for minor rectification works.
• Provide guidance to new tenants on building fit-out procedures, vet tenant's design and M&E submission and be responsible for hand-over of property by tenant and follow up of defects identified.
• Oversee and check the daily operations of Security, Housekeeping and general maintenance of the commercial buildings, as needed.
• Liaise with tenants regarding repairs and maintenance, when necessary.
