Job Scope:
To manage day-to-day operations. Oversee the dorm compound and inventory to be in good condition at all times. i.e General cleanliness, building maintenance, handle resident complains.
Conduct regular checks on the team to ensure good standards of customer service and quality of work.
Conduct patrols to maintain order and enforce dormitory rules.
Communicate with dormitory residents, deal with behavioural or security issues.
Facility management.
Proactive in identifying problems and coming up with solutions.
Arrange for maintenance and repairs with in house maintenance team. Proper follow up and reports.
Able to deal with security incidents.
Requirements:
Proficient in English
Minimum 2 year experience working in dormitory management or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
Able to work as a team with a positive attitude.
Ability to manage and communicate with Foreign Workers
