Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians to execute and manage all facilities management activities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with organisational standards.
- Oversee and attend to electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks to maintain high operational standards.
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate facilities-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all facilities management practices.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency and sustainability within the facility.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Diploma in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills to manage stakeholders and team dynamics efficiently.
- Solid understanding of health and safety standards and procedures in facilities management is desirable.
