Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Technician for all facilities management activities which include controlling and implementing operations
- Attend to and oversee all electrical, mechanical and maintenance works
- Monitor facilities project to ensure on time deliveries.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a recognized Diploma in Building Services / Engineering / Facilities Management / Project Management
- At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management / building maintenance
- Possess Supervisory Skills
- Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
- Good Interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
