Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Lead and manage a team in delivering facility management services across diverse sectors, including healthcare institutions, educational establishments, commercial properties, and airports.
• Foster strong client relationships to build trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Establish and uphold high-quality service standards, ensuring excellence in facility operations.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with external agencies on new initiatives, as well as major repair and maintenance projects.
• Prepare detailed tender documents, including technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of rectification works, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial control.
• Serve as the designated Fire Safety Manager, overseeing fire safety compliance and preparedness.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is highly desirable.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills to manage stakeholders and team dynamics efficiently.
• Solid understanding of health and safety standards and procedures in facilities management is desirable.
