Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Lead and manage a team in delivering facility management services across diverse sectors, including healthcare institutions, educational establishments, commercial properties, and airports.
- Foster strong client relationships to build trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Establish and uphold high-quality service standards, ensuring excellence in facility operations.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with external agencies on new initiatives, as well as major repair and maintenance projects.
- Prepare detailed tender documents, including technical specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of rectification works, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial control.
- Serve as the designated Fire Safety Manager, overseeing fire safety compliance and preparedness.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
- Certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is highly desirable.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
