To serve as a point of contact for all assignees, accounts, for both private, corporate & agent business.
To communicate & interact with very demanding assignees / accounts and continually enhance the Company relationships with our move managers.
Efficiently liaise with assignees, finance, operations, sales teams and destination agents to ensure the smooth flow of all moves.
Accurate file management & administration of any agent and private move initiations.
Ensure that all accounts are maintained to the highest level, running the move as cost efficiently as able without compromising on any quality standards.
Maintain close communication with the accounts, colleagues and other departments.
Use all resources available to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Complete all required documentation for export and import Moves.
Maintain and build strong relationships with all freight & ancillary suppliers.
Liaise with any overseas agents and other global suppliers.
Customer service excellence
Responsiveness to a minimum of FIDI standard guidelines.
To work closely with the move managers, sales, shipping & operations teams.
Preparation of all job dockets and supporting documents prior to packing/del dates.
Pre-ordering of all crates / handyman / maid or any other additional services.
Efficiently liaise with assignees on crew arrival times or any changes in the job scheduling.
Ensure all customs and insurance documents are collected and completed in full.
Ensure the invoices are raised emailed to accounts in a timely, accurate manner.
To maintain & update all data in Moveware for files at all times.
When required, communicate with destination agents to ensure that they have received all necessary documentation and that Customs Clearance and deliveries to our clients have been confirmed.
Precise communication to update the clients of the shipment arrival dates.
