Role Purpose
Assist the Manager/Associate Director, Credit Management in the monitoring and controlling of credit
risk arising from transactions of clients and Trading Representatives.
Job functions & responsibilities
- Recommend and review trading limits of clients and Trading Representatives
- Monitor trading exposure of clients and Trading Representatives
- Follow up with Trading Representatives on margin calls
- Manage overdue purchases and enforce force-selling and late payment policy
- Collection of contra losses/margin deficits including liaising with external counsel on legal
- proceedings
- Prepare management reports for routine reporting and monthly reports for Committee meetings
- Assist in projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management from
- time to time
- Able to provide rotational coverage during Public Holidays
Job Requirement
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Able to multi-task and prioritize works
- Pleasant personality and have good communication skills
- Relevant 2 years’ industry experience will be an advantage
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work with sensitive financial information
- Good team player
