Job Description:

• Retrieve the daily sales report from the POS backend
• Conduct inventory counts at venues with managers (clarify frequency: every session with the ops? or during end-of-month inventory count).
• Ensure counts match records in MarketMan (Inventory Management system)
• Responsible as a main procurement personnel and verify stock levels against par levels to prevent overordering
• Evaluate the necessity of asset purchases before approval.
• Ensure Paperchase (Accounting Software) communicates with suppliers regarding credit notes for returned items (once paperchase come in to handle our booking/ accounting task)
• Ensure entertainment claims are within range, track and ensure adherence

Qualifications & Skills:

• Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or accounting roles (preferably in [industry type]).
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities.
