Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, communicating project status, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
Quality Control: Review and approve design deliverables to maintain brand standards and high quality in all project outputs.
Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources efficiently across projects to optimize productivity and ensure deadlines are met.
Budget Management: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring all projects stay within financial constraints and maximize resources effectively.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the design process and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in design project management, creative agency, or a similar field.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Design Knowledge: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and processes, with an eye for aesthetics and quality.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Ability: Creative and strategic thinking skills to address project challenges and implement solutions.
