The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Good knowledge in computer skills and previous experience in data entry/administrative role is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of accounts
- Prepare the monthly financial reports on timely
- Liaise with auditors for yearly audits for audit or tax purposes.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
- Provide general administration support
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
- Proficient in computer skill such MS Office
- Relevant experience in the residential development or service industry
- Possess fluent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
- Hardworking and responsible team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
