Job Summary:

Assembling various metal products. You would typically work in manufacturing. Where you'll be responsible for putting together different components to create finished products

Responsibilities:

• Reading blueprints and technical drawings: You'll need to interpret detailed drawings and specifications to understand the assembly process and the required components.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring that each component is correctly assembled and meets the required standards.
• Identifying and addressing issues during the assembly process

Education

• ITE in mechnical engineering or above

Responsibility to writes code to control the operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

Requiements

• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling, as well as proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
• Ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of the manufacturing process.
• Willing to undergo 6 months training in production to understand key manufacturing process
• Understand of mechanical GT&T and able to interprate correctly.
• Basic knowledge on CNC Programming

Education

ITE Nitec or higher in mechancial engineering

Key Note

Candinate will be place in production for training for 6 months to understand the manufactuirng process, tooling selection, fixture design etc that related to programming.

After 6 months of production trainning, candinate will transfer to CNC programming department for actual CNC programming.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :

• Responsible in ensuring products quality meet customer’s requirements and liaison with vendor on matters related to quality. Monitor and maintain monitoring and measuring equipments in the company to ensure periodic calibration / verification is conducted.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:

• Liaise and work with vendor on matters pertaining for quality for quality improvements.
• Involvement in process improvements as and when required.
• Ensure that products are inspected on time to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• Ensure that company’s monitoring and measuring equipments are sent for calibration timely.
• Generate incoming and delivery yield report.
• File and maintain all quality records systematically.
• Carry out 5S activities daily.
• Assist and carry out assignment assigned by Operation Manager / Superior as and when required.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum NTC 2 or equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Computer literate.
• Possess ability to communicate and write in English and Malay.
• Ability to use the measuring and test equipments / tools.
• Possess some knowledge in basic QC tools.
• Possessed self driven positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered on time. Work closely with various departments, such as production, procurement, and logistics, to coordinate and plan production activities.to meet customer demand and achieve production targets.

Key responsibilities include: -

• Developing and maintaining production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity
• Monitoring production progress and identifying any potential delays or issues Communicating with production to ensure timely delivery of materials and components -
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of finished products Maintaining accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels
• Participating in production meetings and providing updates on production progress and issues to Sales Department

Education Level

• ITE Nitec or Higher in Mechancial Engineering or related field.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB :

• Responsible in overseeing production CNC machine activities.
• Responsible in fabrication process and trouble shooting.

MAIN ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:

• Monitor and ensure production run according to production planned schedule.
• Ensure minimum WIP level in production.
• Control production cost by optimizing machines usage and assembly efficiency.
• Lead production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct and ensure 5S in production is well maintained.
• Provide solutions for quality improvements.
• Provide technical support as and when required.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance is carried out periodically for machines and equipment use in production.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

· Require to run shift work.
