RESPONSIBILITIES
To be able to read and understand drawings to take measurements and prepare/ build up Bill of Quantities with priced rates.
To be able to prepare documents and send request for relevant quotations.
To be able to compare, analyse and evaluate received quotations.
To be able to prepare monthly progress claim with necessary supporting documents.
To be able to identify and prepare variations for on going projects.
To be able to prepare and justify sub contractors progressive payments.
To be able to liasie and follow up with Cilent's representative/ Suppliers and Subcontractors.
REQUIREMENTS
Preferably 3 to 4 years of working experience in the construction industry.
A team player who is able to work independently with minmum supervision.
Has to take responsibility in your work. And must be able to communicate through written and verbal channels.
Proficient in MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
OTHERS
With or without Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil are welcomed.
Anyone with a positive attitude who is keen and willing to learn are welcomed.
Meticulous, proactive and communicate when in doubt.
Supervisor/ Coordinator/ Engineer with site experience are welcome to apply.
