Job Description:

-Managing and leading a team of foremen and workers to carry out Architecture preparation works

-Coordinating with sub contractors and structural & M&E teams for architecture work

-Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

-Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control

-Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources

-Collaborating with contractors and construction teams

-Ensuring effective communication and problem-solving throughout the project.

Job Requirement:

-Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized university by BOA or BCA or its equivalent

-Minimum 3 years of working experience in local construction industry

-Knowledge in Autodesk Revit Software is an advantage

-Strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills

Develop BIM models from rough sketches/ CAD and specifications from Engineers.

Develop BIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.

Responsible for the updates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of the BIM models.

Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.

Develop overall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings

Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation

-Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent

-At least 3 years of relevant working experience in local construction industry (preferably involved in private residential condo/commercial/serviced apartments development)

-Good team player, able to lead and multi-task

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-MS Office skills – Excel/Words/Powerpoint

-Proficient in Autocad is an advantage

-Time management and organisation skills

-Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

-Liaise with PE for construction stage temporary work

-Liaise with PE for ST submission

-Liaise with subcontractor and order materials for temporary work

-Coordinate with subcon for precast shop dwg / Steel work shop dwg

-Prepare MOS for rectification work

-Liaise with consultants for dwg discrepancies

-Submission RFA / RFI for discrepancies/ shop dwgs/ proposal of site work

-Liaise with rebar suppliers for prefab cage/ mesh shop dwgs

-Order rebars/mesh/prefab cage to suppliers and liaise with suppliers for delivery in time

-Order cast-in items for precast supplier

-Coordinate with Archi & M&E coordinators for site construction

-To arrange C&S inspection and order concrete for casting (if require as per site condition)

-To arrange material testing (ordering sample, delivering sample to Lab, witness for testing)

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience on building projects in main contractor construction firm with proven track record

Experience in factory/warehouse/industrial projects would be advantageous

Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage

Minimum 3 key points for Responsibilities

Coordinating M&E matters on site to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations

Source, Liaise and coordinate with M&E subcontractors or procurement of M&E equipment

Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress

Assist to prepare M&E program and submission schedule

Develop Coordinated Services drawings

Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth work progress

Supervise the progress of works on site to ensure compliance with plan

Provide advice on all M&E related matters

Any other ad-hoc assignment

-Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

-Perform office administrative works to support the team.
