-Develop BIM models from rough sketches/ CAD and specifications from Engineers.

-Develop BIM 2D documentation as per BIM standards used in the project.

-Responsible for the updates as per the latest information provided and ensure the quality of the BIM models.

-Work closely with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.

-Develop overall architectural, structural and M&E drafting / shop drawings

-Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation

-Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Assist Project Manager on Earth Control Measures (ECM) plan

• To inspect and examine the workplace to ensure environmental compliance

• Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities with superior and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities

• Liaise with authorities and clients on matters pertaining to environmental complaints and related issues

• Ensure that good housekeeping methods are always practiced at site

• Must possess a Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures

• Must be registered ECO

2.implement and maintain WSH Management system.

3. Assist the WSH committee chairman, act assecretary to the committee and provideadvise to the WSH Commitee members inrelevant to WSH matters.

4. Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspectionsand produce relevant reports and follow-upsand statistics

5. Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training /WSH Campaign to all employees.

6. Develop and maintain the Risk Managementsystem of the project.
