- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the company’s order management system
- Ensure all order details are correctly logged and updated, maintaining data integrity
- Assist in the order fulfillment process from start to finish
- Track the progress of orders and resolve any issues that may arise during the provisioning process
- Assist in the preparation of stock for orders
- Assist in organizing and managing inventory
- Ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet order demands
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Able to work well in an independent setting
- Able to use excel
