Characterist LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join us as Conveyancing Paralegals and /or Business Development Executives in our Real Estate Practice .
Job Description:
- handle conveyancing cases independently
- assist to make appointments with clients and provide other administrative support as may be required
-communicate with clients ,banks and other stakeholders
-ensure smooth completion of conveyancing matters
Requirements:
-possess experience as a Legal Executive or Business Development Executive in a law firm (preferred)
-able to work independently and communicate efficiently with clients
- possess good manners
-reliable and responsible ,takes ownership of assignments given
-meticulous and able to meet deadlines
-proficient in English (written and oral)
-proficient in Mandarin (preferred)
-considerate, good team player
-possess at least a Diploma
