As we expand our marketing division, we are seeking a talented Multimedia Artist & Content Specialist to help elevate our brand and enhance our client offerings.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Multimedia Artist & Content Specialist with expertise in content creation, graphic design, animation and visual communication. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling narratives and engaging visual content that aligns with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and possess a strong understanding of current marketing trends.
Key Responsiblities:
- Lead the development of creative concepts, ensuring that all visual elements for each client's brand are effective and consistent across multi-channels.
- Produce a range of visual materials, including but not limited to: Logos and brand identity guides, website design, animation, marketing collaterals (E.g. presentation decks, posters, brochures, etc), packaging and product design.
- Develop content calendars around key events, product launches, campaigns and industry trends to ensure consistency in posting for optimized engagement.
- Produce high quality written content, including blog articles, social media content, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform creative strategies and content direction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry standards, emerging technologies, and creative trends to continuously improve marketing effort.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and design initiatives, making data-driven optimizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, grapgic design, animation and visual communication, preferrably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and content management systems.
- Familiarity with algorithms and best practices of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Youtube, XiaoHongShu, etc)
- A robust portfolio showcasing creative work, including content and graphic design projects.
- Analyical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentational skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics with keen eye for detail and storytelling.
