We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.
The Project & Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing projects from inception to completion and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing services. This role conbines project management skills with account oversight, requiring exceptional communication, organization, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsiblities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Managing multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal & external teams, including creative, digital, and strategy, to ensure alignment on project goals and execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, campaign performance, and account growth to clients and management.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess needs and recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma In Project Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project and account management, preferably in a marketing agency or consultancy environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
