• Working hours: Mon-Fri with flexible timing (either Morning 08.30am - 12.30pm or Afternoon 1.30pm - 5.30pm) - Can be disscuss during interview
- Salary: $10 to $15 per hour
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Part Time Office Administartive Assistant, and the ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, resourceful, reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
2. Support filing system, phone calls and email correspondences.
3. Support in HR, bookkeeping and invoicing.
4. Support office & project records and databases.
5. Assist colleagues where necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.
Requirements
1. Basic knowledge of MS Office or office management software.
2. Undergraduate are welcomed to apply.
3. Ability to work in a team, meticulous and responsible.
4. Positive working attitude, independent and able to multi-task.
5. Able to start in Feb 2025.
