- Oversee client onboarding, static data maintenance, and tax compliance, including documentation review and account setup.
- Ensure timely issue escalation and collaborate with internal teams for efficient service delivery.
- Standardize onboarding processes and support initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Escalate issues to relevant management as needed.
- Adhere to compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with document policies and perform necessary testing.
- Participate in business continuity planning and testing.
- Escalate potential incidents promptly to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in account opening and maintenance, preferably in Private Banking.
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC regulatory requirements, and practices in the APAC region.
- Proficient in FATCA, QI, and CRS reporting regimes.
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills is preferred.
