Responsibilities

• To partner IT and Customer on digitalization and IT projects, to support Logistics Operating Systems:Freight Management System
  Order Management System
  Warehouse Management System
  
• Involve in process reviews, Develop and implement new business process in line with group requirement, prioritize eCR subject to the business urgency.
• Creating system application specification documents (functional specs, UAT) and ensuring to be captured in eCR platform according to user’s needs.
• To work with reporting manager, assist with the project planning/briefing sessions, both internally and with client.
• Assist with project requirements traceability and identify project’s change scenarios and additional requirement.
• Ensure the system and deliverables are within the scope of the contractual and agreed requirements. (vendor or internal)
• Supervise in trouble-shooting, optimizing and finetuning of the system process, deployment fixes and releases at in-house and customer environments.
• To support and maintain system master data.
• Analysis of company business data
• Collection of Market Intelligence

Requirements:

• Some experience as an active member of IT projects with good planning, communication & stakeholders management skills
• Ability to manage the implementation of the project by listing the detail tasks of each project members
• Assist with resources deployment in project teams
• Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PPT.
• Business Intelligence tools
