Job Description:

• Complete project works on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain harmonious relations with the Client.
• Organize, direct, co-ordinate, motivate project team members.
• Establish the work break down structure and budget in accordance with estimates for cost control.
• To be continually alert to means and methods by which operations of the project team can be improved where appropriate.
• Establish (within the financial authority limits) and administer all site subcontractors to ensure the execution and quality of their obligation.
• Report to Contracting Team / Management the status of Project especially regarding cost and progress.
• Maintain manpower management, safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the stated quality requirement of the project.
• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Civil Engineering projects and completed at least 2 Civil Engineering projects.
• Possess skill, knowledge and ability to manage and co-ordinate project effectively.
• Possess good leadership and organization abilities to effectively lead a team to complete project on time and within budget.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Advantageous to possess Class 3 Driving License
• Preferred Candidates to be Singaporean.

· Assist Project Manager to ensure project is progressing as planned and is completed on time within budget, contractual and Safety standards.

· Assist PM to ensure all site works are done accordingly to specifications and to relevant authorities requirement.

· Check working drawing, identify discrepancies for resolution.

· Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the PM.

· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.

· Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements :

· Candidate must possess at least a PE board recognized degree in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years on site experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works in Singapore.

· Computer literate with knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, BIM and AutoCAD.

· Ability to work independently and communicate at all levels.

· Advantageous to possess Class 3 Driving License

· Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

• To operate the excavator in a safe manner
• Perform upkeep and routine cleaning of the excavator
• Perform daily Pre and Post check of the excavator to ensure it is in good condition at all time
• Perform ad-hoc duties.
• Comply with workplace safety and health requirements .

Job Requirements

• Minimally 2 year of experience in operating an excavator/operating grapple/magnet excavator
• Certificate of successful completion – Hydraulic Excavator Operation
• Team player with a positive work attitude
• Able to work independently
• Able to work on weekend and overtime when required.
